A fun and funky energizing warm up to inspiring music with easy to follow moves. A calorie burning full body workout with simple effective exercises for toning and sculpting your body. Strengthening your core stability to help your abdominals improves your posture and balance.
This class finishes with a flex and stretch cool down to help maintain suppleness and healthy joints.
Regardless of your fitness level this class is designed for a body care workout to suit everyone's ability whether you work at a high or low intensity.

Body Blast will start on Wednesday 21st Feb.
Caroline trained as a dancer at Laine Theatre Arts where she later qualified as a Dance teacher.
Before taking a teaching post at Knaresborough and Harrogate dance Centre she worked for “Cunard Cruises” as a professional dancer.
Now a busy Mum of two she runs her own dancing school “Step in Time” in Easingwold and Crayke.
Caroline has also taken her Central YMCA qualification in exercise to Music and is a qualified Aerobics instructor.
