A charming Grade II Listed Geogian vicarage standing in a stunning location to the north west of the Georgian market square with its own secluded garden of half an acre with croquet lawn. Safe and pff road parking for all guests, but all your needs are available nearby in the Market square togeher with good and varied places to dine. Equi-distant from York, the Yorkshire moors and dales, all within 30 minutes drive.

The guests sitting room has a grand piano, often then centre of ad-hoc musical evenings, whilst each bedroom and en-suite bathroom has all the facilities one would expect with some thoughtful additional comforts.

Guests may relax in their own sitting-room or perhaps enjoy a game of croquet or just stroll or sit in the secluded gardens surrounding the house. Ample private parking.
