Three lovely country cottages situated in the Howardian Hills AONB (an 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty)

Peacefully set in a secluded corner of the owner's small farm, each cottage has it's own private and enclosed garden with colourful borders and a patio with views over our lovely Yorkshire countryside.

Perfectly situated for days out, these cottages offer an ideal base for exploring Yorkshire with plenty to do and see in all directions.

This area has an abundance of National Trust and English Heritage sites with many castles, abbeys and stately homes to explore, near to Castle Howard. There are lots of attractions and events to keep the family busy even during poor weather (see local attractions page).

It's a fact

Easingwold once had the shortest railway line in England (2.51 miles) but was closed in the 1950’s. The former Station Hotel still stands (now a private house) but the lines have long gone, The name lives on in the nearby “Station Court” housing estate
